Adaptive re-use of a 18,723 sq. Ft. Office building. The original structure was built in 1976.  The structure will be used as multi-tenant leasable office space with the intent of generating a co-working community supported by technology enabled lounge zones, highly adaptable meeting rooms, workplace amenities, & support/utility spaces.
