RITO'S MESA RIVERVIEW

Rito's mesa Riverview is the tenant improvement of a 5,969.36-sf restaurant suite with an existing mezzanine within mesa Riverview shopping center. The project's scope includes cosmetic renovations/finish replacement, lighting replacement, kitchen, and bar equipment replacement, associated plumbing/electrical connections, and minor floor plan reconfigurations. These floor plan reconfigurations include the enclosure of a portion of the existing dining room for private dining, and the reconfiguration of a portion of the kitchen and bar areas to create a 'to-go' window and accessible seating.
